central location delicious meals very nice facial small bathroom poor ventilation limited equipment

the location was very central! it allowed easy access to many attractions. the restaurant had delicious meals, i especially loved the breakfast options. the spa offered an very nice facial, it left my skin feeling so refreshed.

the bathroom felt quite small. the ventilation was poor, the towels remained damp. the gym had limited equipment, it needs more variety.

Flawless Boutique Stay

This hotel is gorgeous with a beautiful lobby and tastefully decorated rooms. The beds were VERY comfortable. I slept soundly each night. The rooftop bar is lovely. It offers great views. The location is a ten. It is near many top spots.

The bathroom was a little small, and the fan did not seem to function, so the towels felt a little damp.

Breakfast service is on the upper floor, and the food and service there were excellent. I appreciated the variety of options available and the quality of ingredients used. Every meal was great.

The staff are helpful, going out of their way to ensure everything is perfect. Quan and Ngan, in particular, provided very good service, helping with tours and always making sure everything was to my liking.

The location is AMAZING and close to everything. Various activities are within walking distance. It is just two blocks from the lake, with easy access to the hustle and bustle. It was so convenient.

The bathroom size proved inadequate. bath towels felt damp. The bathroom ventilation was insufficient. (this impacted drying times).
